A decision maker is deciding how policy wheels spinning. Of course, the decision is not arbitrary one, he is a man who has been appointed as a community leader. "Making decision art" is something special that always owned by decision makers. So, a successful organization always has a good decision-maker as well.
Indonesia as a developing country requires better systematic state system to become the state that can protect its people. This is where the role of the leaders of the state as a determinant of the policy is considered massively.
Some people say, that a system can`t work well is, because its decision makers are less familiar with the system. No matter what system used, as long as the leaders and its people know exactly the system they have, the system will go well.
I will be the decision makers. Although art to decide is a difficult to applied, but it can be learned anyway. In my opinion, learning a decision making is to understand in decision it self.Consider all the positive and negative factors, because each of them must have two differnt sides. Relax, do not rush in making decisions, and try to be wise man.
If we look at the case in Palestine, human rights, HIV in Zimbabwe, and others. Actually, the problems in Indonesia are only a piece of bread compared to the problems that exist in the world. In other words, solving problems in Indonesia means just solving nol point bla bla bla percent problems in the world.
That is why, I want to become a decision-maker in the world, I want to broaden my view. Let them laugh, with what I had written here. After all, I will make a realization. Well, at least I have contributed to the world community, later on.
